Perfect Weekend with friends

after quite some boring days of one mth after leavin india.. finally vaapu eve..
april 30 ( vaapu eve ) : graduates get degree.. they wear white hats.. everyone wears white hat .. so its like one place covered full of people with white hats.. students who get graduation think they are matured and drink a lot .. Finns say most of them lose virginity on this day !! and the party starts with a bang. I went to streets to see the place with a friend of mine. and later to a pub by 11pm. it was a nice place.. met new people( read it as girls ;) )
may 1st (workers day) : Got out of bar by 3am. by the time i reached home sun was abt to rise :) .. slept till 10. went straight to a park where all people come over for picnic. Met a friend of my roommate .. so decided to join them as they bought food we had not much with us for picnic. It was a big park ..but no space.. People were all around us like sea.. I felt so happy seeing so much crowd( like a fare ) ..not everyday can u see the whole helsinki in a park !! nd finally we got a place near sea shore.. perfect place where u get tanned by sun rays( I didnt want it but finns are quite crazy abt sun- one of my friends even got skin burn !! ), and music flowing . People were in funny dresses,but the best was the guys who were in birthday suite just covering their privates with the graduation cap (girls were quite excited abt these naked guys) Music flowing all over ..dancing ,fun ,food,sparkling wine.. soon friends of my roomie's friend and then their friends ( if u consider a chain , its like fifth or sixth link .. )joined us..the only prob was the long queues to enter the WC(toilet). Guys could easily fullfill the nature's call by making a political statement to the wall which was british embassy and the finnish embassy.. but girls had to wait for abt 40 mts to enter the WC . by evening as it turned to be cold, everyone started to return and couple of them ( german girl in the fifth link and finn girl in the fourth link) asked us to come over their private party... nd yes everyone went to DJ ( third link's ) place.. had food, watched ice hockey, music, fun.
may 2nd : By 1am night, we left the place..was too tired to go with others who were heading to this gay club( its no more a gay club, though u can see girls smooching or guys trying to touch each others lips.. coz i saw it in park .. people do it here when they are drunk ). slept and relaxed.cooked food.. silent night with some movie on net or was it prison break series.. i dont remember :P
may 3rd : woke up around 1pm(noon) ,had brunch. went straight to a coffee shop with the same new friends.had food together, talked a lot, walked along sea shore, had icecream after a long time( the last time i had it here was during snowy night). Nothing is complete without pub, had irish coffee(whisky) ,again funny talks abt movies( finnish movies are like indian censored award movies.. full of silence nd full of sex...heard abt this popular movie( which was refered to me by other finns too ) where so many adults dont know what to do and then they have sex each other . Then a sequel of this movie was made in which a married woman doesnt know what to do .. so she sleeps with some guys.. looks quite promising :P finally back to my place by sun set ( ie 11 pm ) thinking abt how fast this weekend went by and hav to sleep now so that i can reach office before noon :)
